The State of South Carolina Recovery Plan Performance Report 2024

Abstract
This Recovery Plan Performance Report details the State of South Carolina’s use of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) since program launch and includes relevant updates from this reporting year (through July 31, 2024). The state’s goals for SLFRF funding include but are not limited to comprehensive infrastructure improvements and targeted public health capacity building. The state’s intended outcomes for SLFRF funding include infrastructure investments, the strengthening of local community resilience, and the promotion of the health and well-being of every South Carolinian.
