Abstract
This paper was presented at the 1994 Annual Conference of the Archaeological Society of South Carolina. It presents some information on site discovery from a variety of South Carolina sites. The first example is from the early nineteenth century Shoolbred Plantation on Kiawah Island. The second example was from Florence site, 38Fl269.
