Abstract
This executive order by Governor Robert E. McNair commissions the Honorable Tench P. Owens to act as Special Judge to hear a case due to the fact that Robert L. Gray, Judge of the Civil and Domestic Relations Court for Laurens County has disqualified himself from hearing the above case.
