Abstract
This sheet gives tips on getting your daily dairy intake such as: make the switch to low-fat and fat-free milk, keep dairy food on your shopping list, Use low-fat plain yogurt for toppings and sauces, if you have trouble drinking milk, try soymilk, add a little cheese to meals and snacks and show kids that dairy is important.
