South Carolina source water protection grant

South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control
Abstract
Watershed-based plans identify pollutants in a watershed, determine the source of pollutants, and describe what needs to be done to address each source. Once a watershed-based plan is in place, it becomes the guidance and framework for any water quality improvement activities in that watershed.
