Abstract
The end of season report provides a summary of South Carolina’s influenza surveillance components acquired through both mandatory and voluntary reporting procedures. Mandatory reporting elements consist of positive lab-confirmed tests (i.e. culture, RT-PCRs, DFAs, and IFAs), positive rapid antigen testing, and laboratory-confirmed hospitalizations and deaths.
