Abstract
The three-year General Fund Outlook is prepared by the South Carolina Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office in consultation with the Board of Economic Advisors. The Outlook is a three-year revenue and spending projection based on the enacted FY 2023-24 General Fund operating budget.
