Abstract
The Technical Services and Training Division provided in-person training to 1,145 individuals in SFY19-20. During SFY20-21, Technical Services and Training provided 51 training sessions to seven State agencies and eight county government or private sector employers, impacting 1,765 total external employees. Our training target is 3,992 external employees. To meet the agencies mission to prevent and eliminate unlawful discrimination we need to identify new ways of providing training to a diverse workforce.
