Abstract
This summary provides a demonstration of how bacterial load reductions are calculated for Section 319 implementation grant-funded projects within South Carolina by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) for reporting to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) via the Grants Reporting and Tracking System (GRTS).
