Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster institutes several measures dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic including: extending emergency measures of the Emergency Operations Plan for the state of South Carolina, directing DHEC to exercise all emergency powers deemed necessary, directing state correctional institutions to suspend visitation processes and procedures, placing specified units of the South Carolina National Guard on State Active Duty, declaring prohibitions against price gouging, extension of public school closures through the month of April, directing active measures to protect first responders, extending transportation waivers for commercial vehicles and operators, and directing law enforcement to continue maintaining peace and order.
