Abstract
This regulation is to establish minimum standards for facilities where solid waste is transferred from
collection vehicles to other transportation units for movement to another solid waste management facility
prior to its processing and disposal. In addition, this regulation is to ensure that no unpermitted discharges
to the environment occur during the process of transferring solid waste.
