Abstract
This guide has been prepared to assist Career and Technology Education personnel in planning effective and comprehensive special populations coordination services as mandated under the Carl Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006. As a reference, this guide is useful in ensuring that each District meets the mandates of the law relating to members of special populations.
