Abstract
The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from those entities (Proposers) interested in contracting to serve as the Design-Build Team for the design and construction of Carolina Crossroads I-20/26/126 Corridor Improvement Project Phase 2-Broad River Road at I-20 Interchange in Richland County. The project consists of all work necessary to complete the design and reconstruction of a new interchange at Broad River Road (US 176) at I-20 and associated interstate widening in Richland County. Work will include design and construction of interstate widening, braided ramps, interchange ramps, new bridges, sound barrier and related roadway approaches. The project will also include realignment of frontage and side roads. The project also includes coordination, design and relocation of utilities.
