Abstract
The Data Collection and Analysis Manual provides instruction on how to collect and analyze
data for the South Carolina Stream Quantification Tool (SC SQT). Few measurements are
unique to the SQT and procedures are often detailed in other instruction manuals or literature.
Where appropriate, this document will reference other data collection manuals and make clear
any differences in data collection or calculation methods needed for the SQT.
