Abstract
The South Carolina Office of Resilience (SCOR) received Community Development Block Grants – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) following the Flood in 2015 and Hurricane Matthew in 2016. The goal was to provide a safe, sanitary, and secure home for the citizen. This project examines how improving the construction process to reduce the number of days out of the home would benefit citizens in current and future rehabilitation programs.
