Abstract
This executive order by Governor Robert E. McNair orders that the Director of the South Carolina Department of Corrections be and is hereby authorized to deliver Caleb McKeehen into the custody of Sheriff Frank Newell or his duly authorized deputy to transport the prisoner to Hamilton County, Tennessee, for the purpose of standing trial on the charge of larceny. It is further ordered that at the conclusion of the trial Caleb McKeehen be returned to the State of South Carolina to serve the remainder of the prison sentence in South Carolina .
