Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster declares that September 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12, 2017, shall be legal holidays for banks and savings and loan institutions in the State of South Carolina that were forced to close or remain closed from September 6, 2017, through September 12, 2017 due to the significant threat presented by Hurricane Irma.
