Abstract
With the increased use of professional services contracts comes an increase in time needed for project delivery. Currently it takes 11-12 approval signatures to execute a SCDOT professional services contract. This project evaluates if a new signature approval process is needed to improve efficiency. Any improvement in this process could expedite project delivery, thereby making travel in South Carolina safer.
