Abstract
The Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA) provides valid and reliable information on children’s learning and development across the essential domains of school readiness. The purpose of this report is to provide evidence of the technical qualities of the KRA, including its reliability and validity for use as a measure of children’s preparedness for kindergarten. This report supplements the KRA Technical Report (WestEd, 2014), the KRA Technical Report Addendum (WestEd, 2015), and South Carolina KRA technical reports from prior years, all of which include additional validity evidence for the KRA.
