Abstract
This report is the primary project deliverable and contains the results of a consultant-performed, independent review and analysis of SCDOT's bridge inspection, maintenance and replacement programs. The intent of this report is to provide recommendations for improving or enhancing the existing programs based upon generally accepted industry best practice and to provide the proper assurances to the public regarding the integrity, structure and operation of the overall bridge program.
