Abstract
This regulation creates State requirements for the location of hazardous waste treatment, storage, and
disposal (TSD) facilities. Because the location of hazardous waste TSD facilities should be limited to those
areas where there will be minimal impact on human health and the environment, all operating TSD facilities
must demonstrate to the Department that their location complies with this regulation.
