Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags atop the State Capitol Building and on all state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise on Monday, April 15, 2019, until sunset on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, in honor of Senator Fritz Hollings.
