Abstract
This poster expounds 10 ways for restaurants and hotels to be more environmentally friendly such as: conserve water, save energy, buy in bulk, reduce packaging, eliminate styrofoam, recycle, buy recycled, reduce your food waste, offer items by request only such as straws, water, newspapers and even receipts and incentivize your employees.
