Abstract
Licensees may renew their license during open renewal. Failure to renew their license prior to the deadline, will result in a lapse license. A registered barber or a registered apprentice whose certificate of registration has expired may have the certificate reinstated immediately upon payment of the required reinstatement fee. The holder of a registration to practice hair braiding shall renew his or her registration by paying the renewal fee.
