Abstract
This executive order by Governor Robert E. McNair orders that the Director of the South Carolina Department of Corrections is authorized to deliver Gerald R. Wilson into the custody of the Sheriff of Lee County, Florida, or his deputies, Howard Hart and/ or James Crump, for the purpose of transporting Gerald R. Wilson to the State of Florida for trial there, and that the State of Florida return Gerald R. Wilson to the State of South Carolina Department of Corrections as soon as practicable at the conclusion of his trial.
