Regulation 61-79.273: Universal Waste Rule

Abstract
This part establishes requirements for managing the following: batteries as described in 273.2, pesticides as described in 273.3, mercury-containing equipment as described in 273.4, lamps as described in 273.5, and aerosol cans as described in 273.6 of this chapter. This part provides an alternative set of management standards in lieu of regulation under parts 260 through 272.
