Abstract
In this project, issues with permit workflow at DHEC do not have any data on the frequency or distribution of inconsistencies or errors in issued permits. Without this data, our knowledge of the problem and where and how to direct resources to fix the problem, even if those fixes are working, is based on purely subjective individual observations.
