Abstract
Proviso 117.177. (GP: Collaboration on Sexual Violence Prevention) The South Carolina Institute on the Prevention of Sexual Violence on College Campuses shall produce an annual report that captures information provided by each institution of higher education regarding education and awareness programs, policy training initiatives, and prevention programs related to sexual violence. The South Carolina Institute on the Prevention of Sexual Violence on College Campuses is directed to provide an annual comprehensive report of this information to the Commission on Higher Education that will be posted to the commission’s website. This information shall be available by June 15 of each year.
