Abstract
The purpose of this appendix is to provide a framework for response and recovery from the effects of a LTPO on the state’s population and lifeline sectors ; define roles and responsibilities for intergovernmental and State Emergency Response Team (SERT) members to save lives, protect property, and assist the private sector in facilitating their ability to recover from a long-term power outage ; identify key intersections of the state’s lifeline sectors to help decision-makers prioritize essential functions and facilities and to facilitate response and recovery efforts.
