Abstract
The South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff has reviewed the South Carolina Public Service Authority (“Santee Cooper”) Annual Electric Pricing Report for Calendar Year 2023. Santee Cooper agreed to freeze retail customer rates
beginning in August 2020 through December 31, 2024. This Report reviews the twelve-month period ending December 31, 2023, and does not incorporate the impact of the updated rates. Generally, the Report discussed and analyzed Santee Cooper’s adherence to each pricing principle.
