Abstract
The flu vaccine offers the best protection against getting the flu. When most people in a school get the flu vaccine, the flu can’t spread as easily. You can get your flu vaccine from your doctor, local health department or pharmacy (no prescription is
needed for anyone 12 years and older, age may vary by pharmacy). Everyone 6 months of age and older should get the flu vaccine every flu season.
