Abstract
The First-Generation Homebuyer Program is aimed at helping first-generation homebuyers — individuals and families who have never owned a home and whose parents may never have experienced homeownership either. The program is designed to provide affordable financing, down payment assistance, and homebuyer education to help first-generation buyers overcome long-standing barriers to homeownership.
