Abstract
The Department of Health and Human Services shall produce an annual report on Medicaid-funded out-of-home placements and associated expenditures which shall be provided to the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, and the Governor no later than November first each year. The tables here provide additional detail on the numbers of members and claims for private and public Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.
