Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster orders that the flags on state buildings be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset on Thursday, April 28, 2022, in honor of the passing of Officer Roy Andrew Barr of the Cayce Police Department who died in the line of duty.
