Abstract
The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s (DHEC) Nuclear Response and Emergency Environmental Surveillance Section (NREES) monitors the offsite areas for the citizens in the vicinity of the four SC commercial nuclear power reactor facilities located in Darlington, York, Oconee, and Fairfield Counties. This Emergency Radiological Environmental Monitoring (EREM) report describes the type and frequency of atmospheric samples collected, quality control, and resulting data.
