Abstract
This guide will not answer all your questions about what you need to do to represent yourself
effectively as a pro se litigant; however, the guide outlines how you, as an individual
representing yourself, may initiate or participate in a proceeding before the Commission. It also
provides some general guidance on the hearing process associated with cases that come before
the Commission.
