Abstract
The Department of Commerce has a site certification program to accomplish the following: provide prospects with additional site data and assure that certain minimum information is available on a site; assist the communities in determining the marketability of existing sites; and provide a structured step-by-step process certifying sites. Included are instructions for the four steps of certification.
