Abstract
The winter storm of February 24-26, 2004, was a historic storm for portions of South Carolina, with unofficial snowfall measurements as high as 22 inches in the Rock Hill area. Despite a rapid warmup that occurred in the wake of the storm, effects lasted for a few days. This report was originally written in 2004 and updated in 2023.
