Abstract
This project looks at how advances are effective for streamlining work processes with possible retention capabilities for current staff and appeal to new employees, inspector training remains an ongoing challenge. With current training completion taking six to twelve months, to ensure Electronic Products’ support of the agency’s vision, innovative, out of the box methods of decreasing training times while maintaining the quality of the training program must be explored.
