Abstract
This letter to Thomas Alexander, President of the Senate, Harvey S. Peeler, Jr., Chairman of the Senate Fnance Committee, G. Murrell Smith, Jr., Speaker of the House and Bruce Bannister, Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee deals with reallocating money from the Homestead Exemption Fund to South Carolina Department of Transportation to be used for emergency bridge replacement and repairs.
