Abstract
This Certified Program Manager (CPM) project seeks to investigate South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS)’s current policies and procedures for submitting financial requests to the federal government. The project will also look at ways to better streamline the process in order to: reduce the potential for human error, avoid audit findings, and lower the risk of future reductions in Federal funding.
