This manual provides new and existing dealers with up-to-date information and lists requirements mandated by state and federal law, and DMV's policy. It is also designed to instruct dealers on how to complete certain types of documents and about the proper maintenance of dealer records. Sections of the manual are arranged by topic, with a table of contents and with instruction sheets for certain documents.
