Abstract
The South Carolina Office of Inspector General initiated a review of the Project Manager procurement under the statewide Third Party Consulting contract at the State Accident Fund. The SIC review focused on alleged violations of procurement, ethics, and other violations of state law that resulted in the selection of SAF director Amy V. Cofield's spouse for the PM consultant position.
