Abstract
This executive order by Governor Henry McMaster directs measures in response to the coronavirus pandemic including: convening and conferring with the Public Health Emergency Plan Committee and activating the South Carolina Emergency Operations Plan, and temporarily waiving or suspending certain emergency travel regulations for commercial vehicles and operators of commercial vehicles.
