Abstract
The State Library’s implementation plan provides for sub-grants to the public libraries for hardware and software replacement. Libraries will be required to submit an inventory of equipment and software purchased with grant funds to the South Carolina State Library, as well as an evaluation of the grant process. Forms are provided.
