Abstract
The purpose of the Department of Health and Environmental Control emergency operations plan is to provide a framework of service and support for the citizens and visitors of South Carolina during disasters or health threats of all forms. This plan was developed for use by DHEC to ensure mitigation and preparedness, appropriate response and timely recovery from all hazard disaster or other health threats that affect the state of South Carolina.
