Abstract
The goal of this project is to determine the most effective ways of delivering information and resources to ethnic minority communities in rural and urban locations in South Carolina. This issue is central to the agency’s mission, which is to identify and examine emerging issues and trends by providing constructive solutions and approaches to support the development of ethnic minority communities.
