Abstract
The South Carolina Department of Commerce is the designated agency in South Carolina responsible for defining Targeted Employment Areas for the purposes of investment qualification as part of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. The following table provides the South Carolina census tracts that qualify as Targeted Employment Areas.
