Abstract
The State Treasurer reviews and approves (or declines) financial institutions to serve in a trustee capacity for bonded indebtedness transactions related to Jobs-Economic Development Authority. In order to carry out this mandate, the STO has established the following list of approved trustees for JEDA transactions. In no particular order, the approved trustees are as follows: Bank of New York, US Bank Trust Company, Regions Bank, Wilmington Trust, UMB Bank and Truist. The approved trustee list will remain in effect for three years, unless material adverse changes with any of the above financial institutions merit removal.
