South Carolina State Ethics Commission
Abstract
A public official/employee who is a member of an association which is also a lobbyist's principal may not accept things of value from that association unless other members of that association are provided the same opportunity to benefit from the things of value offered or given to its members and relevant factors are assessed to conform with the purview of the Ethics Reform Act.
